Oil and Gas Job Vacancy Singapore OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Tuas (West)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete invoicing of all delivered orders
• Maintain up to date unbilled delivery reports
• Expedite open purchases orders and update accurate delivery dates
• Provide accurate information on in-transit materials
• Liaise with freight forwarders to schedule and track product shipments
• Perform general administrative duties as needed by management
• Maintain filing accordingly
• Manage time, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the Distribution team
• Communicate to inside sales any unexpected delays in materials
• Maintain proficiency in using computer and other common office software
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Present proficient image at all times to customers & vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma in Business
• Work experience in Oil and Gas Industry preferred
• Possess knowledge of MS office
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Efficient interpersonal communication
