Follow the regular products control and suppliers planning and make a report on the inspections

Reporting and training
Report and communicate on a regular weekly basis about new products, inspections with GM + MD and Operation Manager at Exotissimo Indonesia office in Bali
Report and communicate on a regular weekly basis about new products to Group product Manager based at head office in Bangkok –
Communicate with Group Product Manager about new development and new products in Indonesia for all the Group newsletters within deadline on a regular monthly basis
Train, present and explain to other departments within Exotissimo Indonesia as well as Exotissimo sales offices on new products, on a regular basis to achieve product knowledge and promote sales.
Create the training manuals.
Answer and provide information and training to all departments to ensure the new products are well understood and sold correctly and that featured products are selling.
Make a follow up of our competition to be ahead of the market
Make sure the annual tariffs for Indonesia for distribution are sent out to Group Product Manager at our head office in BANGKOK as well as to overseas travel partners and updated throughout the year.

A practical understanding of criminal, civil and industrial law and associated legal proceedings with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database management and outstanding written communication skills make you ideal contender for this post.   • Familiar with Indonesian Tax and Accounting Regulation
  • Having experience in Finance & Accounting area min 10 years with minimum 5 years in managerial level
  • Having experience working with foreign company will be preferred
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Strong personality, self motivation and able to work independently or in a team

The incumbent will manage the activities in:
Managing VAT calculation, payment and reporting
Recognizing the revenue based on the sales report, A/R data and applicable policy
Prepare monthly revenue/cost report for Accounting Operation and Tax management
Prepare products and customer profitability analysis reports
Coordinating with operations department for establishing information regarding doubtful accounts
Managing corporate tax function in including review tax saving scheme and 3 months tax projection
Managing cash flow
Calculate cost of sales
Prepare job costing schedule
Monitor advance to customer
Reconcile advance schedule against trial balance
Development of financial statement
Provide timely & accurate customer progress reports that meet both contractual & customer requirements

REGIONAL STRATEGI PLANER (RSP)
Tanggung Jawab Utama :
  • Memastikan proses review terlaksana di seluruh level dan mencapai target.
  • Bertanggungjawab atas pelaksanaan seluruh proses PDCA Cabang.
  • Bertanggungjawab atas analisa kinerja setiap cabang, baik dari aspek marketing, collection, credit analyst dan administrasi
  • Membuat laporan ringkasan hasil analisa secara detil percabang dan melaporkannya secara tepat waktu (paling lambat satu minggu setelah rapat area dilaksanakan)
  • Melakukan konsolidasi dengan PDCA Cabang dan PDCA seksi untuk sharing dan Coaching Counseling
  • Memonitor seluruh hasil rapat cabang

Kualifikasi :
Pria/Wanita, Pendidikan min. S1(lebih disukai dengan background Manajemen / Teknik Industri) dengan IPK minimal 3.00
Memahami TQM, PDCA, Corporate Planning, QCC, Balance Scorecard
Menguasai MS Office (word, excel, power point) dengan baik
Kreatif, inisiatif tinggi, komunikasi baik, persistant, integritas, semangat juang yang tinggi dan mandiri.
