Job Responsibilities:
To support the Sales and Customer Service to achieve each functions’ target
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Any discipline
Preferably 3 years experiences as Customer Services (in Walk In Center)
Service & Sales Orientation, pleasant manner and have a soul of team work
Sound knowledge of Walk In Center Operational and Training Development
Proficient in both verbal and written English
Good presentation and Facilitation skills
Has a conceptual and analytical thinking
Understanding and able to develop people / SME for Training Development time to time to support
Good in report management
