IT PROGRAMMER

Requirement:

Age 24-34 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree from Computer, Electro or System Information
1-3 Years experience in related position (Programmer)
A good team player, creative, communicative
Able to program, Preferred Java, PHP or Net
Able to database, Preferred Postgres, SQL Server
Able to Concept RDBMS

General Purpose
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.


Responsibilities for Project Manager
Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.

Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group.
Performs team assessments and evaluations.
Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.

Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications for Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 year experience coordinating and/supporting Telco business processes/Internet Service Provider.
Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with GPA 3.00
At least 2 years experience in relevant function will be a highly added advantage

Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be a highly added advantage.

REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB VACANCY
Male & Female

Minimum Diploma (D3) Telecommunication, with 1 year experience in the same position.
Formal and familiar with telecommunications standard Tools ( Nemo Handy, All Tems, Survey Tools and Analize), and also familiar with Computer Program (specialized in MS Office and Others Program).
Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken is a must.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Independent, self-motivated and well organization work style.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work on field to site survey report.
Preferable having good understanding for customer standard.
Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia and occasionally abroad.
