Job Vacancy Risk Analytics


Contribution to Profit / Business

Provide local support to Head Of Strategic Risk Analytics (overseas HQ) and CRO (Bank in Jakarta) on Scorecard and Credit Decisioning Work stream for the bank SME project in the areas of;
Validation/development process of a new SME application scorecard.
Manage the day to day relationship management with external vendors for scorecard development and risk software.

Implement Strategy Manager (SM) risk software and develop credit decision strategies in line with the business requirements for the SME project.
Develop team and analytics capabilities to monitor scorecards and reporting on a regular basis.
Manage the credit scoring database and data interfaces into PTBC core systems for the purposes of regular reporting and scorecard monitoring/redevelopment (best practice every 3 years).
Assess the feasibility and the development process for a new SME behavior scorecard for the purposes of annual reviews, collections process and pre-approval “shadow limit” capability.
Expand capabilities into consumer scorecards.
Support on all Risk Management initiatives and projects as required.

Leadership / Management
Apply CBA’s people management systems to effectively manage such issues as occupational health and safety, recruiting and on boarding new staff, setting KRA’s and KPI’s, creating development plans, supervising work, providing feedback formally and informally, carrying out disciplinary procedures when necessary, recognizing and rewarding staff, etc.

Client/Internal Client/Business Partners
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure they provide CBA with superior service.
Lead teams to achieve excellence in internal and external customer service.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in major analytical
High integrity and proven strong people management skills
Minimum of 7 years experience in consumer or SME scorecard implementation/development/monitoring
Proven track record in working with decision models and outputs
Proven track record of managing analytical teams
Hands on experience in managing a SME portfolio within a Bank operating in Indonesia/South East Asia
Experience in scoring credit framework including risk decision system & portfolio analytics for Consumer and SME
Experience in handling process monitoring and reporting for Risk Management
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English
