Reporting to Operation Manager, you will responsible to:

Conduct periodical consolidation of stock for all stores.
Monitoring stock movement inter-stores, from stores to warehouse conversely.

Reporting to Inventory Department Head, you will responsible to:

You should be :

Our main business support different types of industry such as electronic, audio and automotive/motorcycle. Our products include speaker net, metal parts and name plates. We also have sub-assembling line to cater for the needs of our customer. The company also produces turbine ventilator and fabricate throat for use in most factories in Indonesia.
The company has a total production area of about 30,000 sq.ft (2,900 sq.m) and an office area of around 7,600 sq.ft (700 sq. m). Our factory is located at an EPTE (free-trade zone) area in Cibitung-Bekasi, about 55km east of Jakarta.
Some of our customers in the electronic industry include Panasonic, Pioneer, Polytron, Sharp, Sanyo, etc. Other customers like Actaris (sub-assembling for electrical metering system) and also auto parts manufacturer.

Finance & Accounting Administrator (Contract basis)

The Role:
The incumbent will be assisting administration related matters in Accounting and Finance Department and responsible for maintaining invoices record, arranging files, preparing minutes of meeting and any other administrative support required.

The Person:
Minimum S1 degree in any field from a reputable university, preferable from accounting background . Minimum one year work experience in similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants should possess analytical capacity, well systematic and planning skill, and good communication, proactive and interpersonal skill. Good written and verbal English, good operation of MS Office 2007 and familiarity with administrative task are also required.

CORPORATE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s
Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
Manage the preparation of the official annual actual report & budgeting.
Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
Responsible for reporting, analyzing, evaluating, and controlling all internal administration.
Monitoring and controlling the aspect of the company’s cash flow, including all the collection and timely payment.
Responsible for taxing (income tax, VAT, corporate tax, etc…)
Conduct Internal Control Assessment (Audit) in properties.

P r o f i l e / Q u a l i f i c a t i o n:
Male / Female, max. 40 years old
Minimum D3 diploma from Accounting School
Minimum 3 years of working experiences in similar position in Corporate Office and/or Hotel industry
Team spirit, open minded
Organizational, analytical, plannification skill
Independent and highly motivated
Good performance and hard worker
Familiar with Indonesian tax regulation
Familiar with general Acceptance Accounting Principle
Familiar with Hotel Financial reporting
Database management
Good command in English both written and spoken
Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat
