Accounts Payable Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing of validity of all incoming invoices and completeness of documentation.
Receiving and checking the completeness of documents related to the purchase of goods, Invoice and good receipt.
Performing journal entry and posting.
Performing Inter-company and third party payable reconciliation.
Performing monthly and year end General Ledger Closing.
Creating the journal voucher.
Support yearly audit process for internal and external auditor.
Responsible to input the value added taxes, withholding tax art 23 and 26 relating to the expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree – University Graduate
Understanding about journal accounts payable
Good English both written and communication
Hard worker, accuracy, discipline, perseverance and honest
Able to work in team and under pressure
Minimum 3 years working experiences on the same position
Age : max. 35 (Male / Female)
Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
