Specific Requirements:


Min 5 years working experience in Banking as Head Teller
Have ability to lead a team
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Nice personality and good appearance
Fluent in Mandarin is preferable

General Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree
Below 40 years old, Teller Below 27 years old
Possess good report writing and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently
Fluent in English both oral and written (candidates with the excellent Chinese language will be priority)
Computer literate
With effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Capable to work in minimum supervision, wiling to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity and team work oriented

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Banking Industry or experience with external audit firm.
Good personality, self motivated, innovative, initiate and willing to improve skills & knowledge.
Have a proactive and positive work attitude with good communication in clearly and professionally, good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent PC literacy and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
Highly proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Jobs Manager – Security & Group Investigations


Major Responsibilities

This role exists to provide specialist security risk management and investigations capabilities. The role incumbent will undertake pro-active and reactive security risk management activities including threat and vulnerability analysis and mitigation. Key responsibilities include, investigating allegations of serious misconduct including internal and external fraud or corruption, providing timely advice and support to business unit management and identifying opportunities to improve investigations and fraud risk capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be expected to keep abreast of constantly changing procedures, advancements in technological development and new statutory regulations which will assist in embedding a risk culture within ANZ. You are also expected to maintain effective networks and relationships according to ANZ Code of Conduct and ethics. You will be in charge of preparing communications and briefings as required to business units and stakeholders to address specific security risks/events. This extends to ensuring ANZ in Indonesia is well represented within formal and informal networks, associations and stakeholder forums. Additional responsibilities include, timely reporting and analysis on the root causes of incidents and recommending mitigation strategies while proactively driving risk management of fraud, security and business continuity across the business.

Qualification

We seek an individual with a minimum of 5 years professional work experience with at least 4 years relevant experience in investigations, risk management, or audit coupled with significant banking and finance industry knowledge. You will possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate effectively, to conduct investigative interviews, to effectively liaise with external stakeholders, and to operate as an effective team member. Also essential are high level skills in analysing and investigating complex matters and using investigative techniques and technologies with an experience in conducting interviews, to be used potentially in criminal/civil proceedings.

A practical understanding of criminal, civil and industrial law and associated legal proceedings with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database management and outstanding written communication skills make you ideal contender for this post. Ideally you will have successfully completed an accredited course in Fraud Investigations with a preferable tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
