Persyaratan :

Pria, usia maks. 35 tahun
Minimal lulusan SLTA atau sederajat
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai AE / Surveyor
Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Jabodetabek
Memiliki kendaraan roda dua dan SIM C / A
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik
Memiliki relasi yang luas
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MS. Office)
Dinamis, aktif, jujur & mau kerja keras

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan survey kelayakan konsumen
Menjalankan seluruh program kerja marketing
Bertanggung jawab atas kualitas seluruh kontrak booking
Melakukan fungsi penagihan

LOWONGAN ASS. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Provide monthly financial reports (GL, Income statement & balance sheet) to the management;
• Provide accurate commercial analysis information to the management for decision making;
• Provide support to the mining operation on financial investment plan and performance.
• Managing the Finance & Accounting & Tax function, including monitoring the internal company control system;
• Implement and improve the Finance& Accounting & Tax system, procedures and control, on an on-going basis;
• Budget preparation and control process;

Requirements:
• Posses excellent knowledge of any accounting Software & System;
• Strong leadership skill;
• Excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in written & spoken English;
• Able to multi task and juggle multiple deadlines.
• A minimum 5 years experience in similar position in mining industry or in audit firm with mining experience;
• Graduated with a bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting from reputable university Strong experience in budgeting process, financial strategy planning & analyzing, familiar with Indonesian taxation;
