WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
CORPORATE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s
Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
Manage the preparation of the official annual actual report & budgeting.
Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
Responsible for reporting, analyzing, evaluating, and controlling all internal administration.
Monitoring and controlling the aspect of the company’s cash flow, including all the collection and timely payment.
Responsible for taxing (income tax, VAT, corporate tax, etc…)
Conduct Internal Control Assessment (Audit) in properties.
P r o f i l e / Q u a l i f i c a t i o n:
Male / Female, max. 40 years old
Minimum D3 diploma from Accounting School
Minimum 3 years of working experiences in similar position in Corporate Office and/or Hotel industry
Team spirit, open minded
Organizational, analytical, plannification skill
Independent and highly motivated
Good performance and hard worker
Familiar with Indonesian tax regulation
Familiar with general Acceptance Accounting Principle
Familiar with Hotel Financial reporting
Database management
Good command in English both written and spoken
Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat
