JOB VACANCY PROJECT MANAGER (Contract Base)

General Purpose
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.


Responsibilities for Project Manager
Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group.
Performs team assessments and evaluations.
Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.

Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications for Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 year experience coordinating and/supporting Telco business processes/Internet Service Provider.
Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.

Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards, as well as vendors and technologies as they relate to the FTTX/ODN OSP&ISP physical infrastructure. Excellent project management skill, for subcontractor management, technical support, who has troubleshooting ability to promote project delivery target, furthermore, investigate & auditing all documents made by contractors such as OSP&ISP design and fiber link budget, materials testing report, material property and specification, project design progress and delivery schedule.



Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with GPA 3.00
At least 2 years experience in relevant function will be a highly added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply




General Requirement :
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be a highly added advantage.
