Oil Gas Job Vacancy Marine Accountant
North-East - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

  • The Accountant is responsible for budget and financial accounting that includes standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and monthly/yearly closing as well as the following;
  • Assist in Marine Standards Preparation
  • Assist in Marine DOE Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget
  • Monthly financials closing
  • Review and ensure correctness and completeness of actual cost booking to ledgers.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis for Marine Support
  • Perform monthly variance analysis for Marine Support headcount
  • Update actual headcount details to Headcount forecast report
  • Closely monitor and bill out cost accumulated in temporary job number and training CC
  • Perform Burden analysis

Requirements:
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related field.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of accounting related experience within the marine/construction industry.  

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communications and analytical skills
